At DesignCon 2026, Senior Staff Engineer Sonam Sadhukhan of Marvell was honored in the 40 Under 40 program and selected as one of the top six speakers to participate in a panel session.

The 40 Under 40 recognition, launched in 2024, provides an opportunity for innovative engineers to further their career through exclusive access to DesignCon education, sessions, and high-level networking opportunities. These emerging leaders are chosen through an open nomination and review process.

Sonam joined Marvell in mid-2025; she is part of the Optical PHY team building high-speed infrastructure for the AI data center era. Previously, she was an Analog Design Engineer and Chip Lead at Texas Instruments, where she led the development of SerDes and clocking architectures for automotive ADAS and Infotainment (IVI) systems, navigating the rigorous demands of high-speed data transmission in safety-critical environments. She managed the full design lifecycle—from architectural definition to silicon validation—ensuring performance in highly reliable environments required for automotive safety.

Beyond her technical expertise, Sonam is dedicated to empowering underrepresented talent through recruiting and mentorship, aiming to bridge the gender gap and cultivate a more diverse global engineering community.
