Eligibility
Marvell internships are available to students currently enrolled in undergraduate, master's MBA or PhD programs at colleges and universities.

New Graduates
Marvell is an environment engineered to support your success, from managers to mentors and professional development programs.
New graduate cohorts participate in the New Graduate Accelerator Program (NGAP). Through technical learning, professional development and community-building experiences, new grads build the technical expertise, skills and relationships needed to navigate the first year at Marvell. The program culminates in a poster exposition at the Marvell headquarters, where new grads showcase their learnings across the company.
Eligibility
Early career positions are for individuals hired within one year of graduating with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA or PhD. The NGAP program is tailored to those with less than one year of work experience.

Regional Scholarships
For young engineers and talent, the semiconductor industry provides an opportunity to solve complex problems and work on cutting-edge technology. Marvell has established two scholarship programs to support students in this endeavor, one in Vietnam and another India.

Marvell Scholarship for Technical and Engineering Merit (MSTEM)
This India-based scholarship program launched in 2026 given India’s presence as the second largest hub for engineering talent. With over 7,000 applications from students at 70+ top rated colleges, the program is proactively building a future-ready talent pipeline. In 2026, 100 scholars were selected as recipients.
Vietnam Excellence Scholarship
The Vietnam scholarship provides support to students at local universities in fields related to electronics, computer engineering, and telecommunications. Since its origin in 2023, the scholarship program has supported 70 students, and over 40% of winner accepted internships at Marvell.
