

As Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Network Switching Business Unit, Nick is responsible for the company’s terabit-class switch silicon and software for AI and cloud data center applications. Additionally, Nick oversees the Cloud Platform Business Unit which focuses on system-level technology and vertical innovation spanning the Marvell Cloud Data Center product lines. This includes the company’s integrated DCI optical module business and co-package optics platform.
He joined Marvell in 2023 from Qualcomm where he served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of Wireless Infrastructure & Networking. Before this, Nick was a member of the executive team at Rockley Photonics, a startup focused on co-packaged optics.
Previously, Nick spent more than 10 years at Broadcom, most recently as Vice President of Product Management for Switching. There he directed the company’s switch silicon roadmap spanning five generations of cloud switching products. Nick also worked at Applied Micro (AMCC) as an Engineering Manager. Nick came to Applied Micro through its acquisition of network processor pioneer MMC Networks in 2000.
Nick holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He has been awarded multiple US patents and has authored technical publications in the field of Networking and Optics.
