Gary Ignatin

Gary Ignatin is Marvell’s Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. In his role, he is responsible for leading corporate development, strategic growth initiatives and driving the long-term strategic planning process.

Prior to joining Marvell in 2017, Gary spent nearly a decade leading the corporate development group at Broadcom where he was responsible for all the company’s acquisition and investment activities. その役職に就く以前には、ブロードコム社の副社長兼次席法務顧問として、ブロードコム社の事業の内いくつかの法務を管理し、顧客、サプライヤー、提携企業と様々な契約交渉を行ってきました。 また彼は、ソニー･ピクチャーズ･エンタテインメント社と Latham & Watkins 法律事務所で様々な顧問の役職に就いていたこともあります。

プリンストン大学でコンピューターサイエンスの理科教育士号を、ペンシルベニア大学で法務博士号を取得しています。
