Marvell offers a wide range of Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) host and RAID controller silicon, as well as the relevant software solutions for servers and external storage systems. Built in a RAID offload engine to reduce CPU utilization, SAS 6 Gb/s host controllers support eight SAS/SATA ports with native 6Gb/s SATA interface and eight lanes of PCIe 2.0 connectivity.
