Marvell Showcases Consumer Wireless and Storage Solutions at the 2004 International CES at Booth # 22665

Marvell  Demonstrates Products Designed For Personal Communication, Multimedia Entertainment, Gaming, Information Storage and Home Media Centers

Sunnyvale, California (January 7, 2004) –

Marvell®  (NASDAQ: MRVL), a technology leader in the development of extreme broadband communications and storage solutions, will exhibit its latest solutions for consumer electronics at the 2004 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, NV.  Marvell will demonstrate how devices such as cellphones, digital cameras, televisions, game consoles, MP3 players and digital video recorders (DVR) can unify modern homes through a combination of wireless and storage products.

Marvell is the industry leader in the networking, storage, and consumer electronics industries delivering innovative technologies and solutions for a connected generation of devices.  Marvell will showcase consumer-ready Wi-Fi and Sub 1 inch mini storage drive products that allow end-users to enjoy their favorite music and movies, exchange pictures from their cellphones and digital cameras, and play the hottest games wirelessly 100 times faster across the Internet.  Additionally the exhibit will include a demonstration of our wireless gaming bridge solution that enables consumers to enjoy their favorite games across the Internet and turn the home into a multi-player arcade with any leading game console.

Customers are invited to meet with Marvell’s executives and leading engineers and discuss these new products and technological achievements.  Marvell will showcase its products in booth #22665 (located in South Hall 3) at Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) from January 8th through the 11th.
