Marvell Scores a Fabless "Hat Trick"

Company Recognized as the FSA’s Most Respected Public Fabless Company and for Outstanding Financial Performance

Santa Clara, California (December 9, 2005) – arvell, (NASDAQ: MRVL), the leader in storage, communications, and consumer silicon solutions, has been awarded three prestigious industry awards from FSA, the industry association which is the voice of the global fabless business model.  Every year FSA recognizes the innovators in the fabless semiconductor industry which have demonstrated excellence through their success, vision, and strategy. At the FSA awards dinner on December 8th in Santa Clara, Marvell was recognized with the following awards:
