Marvell to Hold Conference Call to Discuss First Quarter Financial Results on May 19

Sunnyvale, California (May 2, 2005) – arvell® (NASDAQ: MRVL), a technology leader in the development of extreme broadband communications and storage solutions, today announced that it will release financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2005 on May 19, 2005.

Marvell will also be conducting a conference call on Thursday, May 19, at 1:45 p.m. PST. To listen to the call, please dial 706-679-0800 approximately 10 minutes prior to the initiation of the teleconference and refer to conference code 5618271. Replay of the call will be available until May 26, 2005 at midnight PST by dialing 706-645-9291 and referring to conference code 5618271.
