Pani Dixon 

Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

Pani Dixon is Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Marvell. She previously served as the company’s Vice President and Corporate Controller. Pani has over 25 years of progressive accounting and corporate finance experience, which includes providing transaction services, audit and advisory support to businesses accessing global capital markets. Pani has extensive technical and accounting operational experience, with finance-focused specialties in business process optimization, GAAP accounting and SEC financial and reporting compliance, consolidation and international operations expansion, and SOX 404 implementation and compliance.

Pani earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
