Supplier ESG Management
Implementing a multi-layered approach to ensure a responsible supply chain
We partner with a number of suppliers to manufacture, assemble, and test our products and we rely on each of them to meet our high standards, as well as industry expectations, on environmental, social and governance topics. To convey our expectations of their responsibility to run their businesses in an ethical and responsible way, we’ve put in place policies and programs on a range of focus areas. We also strive for continuous improvement on this topic and seek to partner with customers, suppliers, and industry coalitions to raise the bar in the semiconductor supply chain.
FY25:
Marvell is committed to conducting its business in a lawful and ethical manner, including engaging with suppliers committed to the principles set forth in the Marvell Supplier Code of Conduct (“Supplier Code”).
Marvell’s Supplier Code encourages suppliers to operate in full conformance with the laws, rules, and regulations of the countries in which they operate and to meet internationally recognized environmental, social, and governance standards.

By joining the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), a dynamic industry association consisting of over 180 leading companies, Marvell commits to working with its suppliers to improve the lives, rights and working environments of the people building electronic products on the front lines of the manufacturing process.
Through our membership with the RBA, we believe we can promote higher environmental, social, and governance standards across the industry in partnership with our customers and peers and align our approach with industry-wide best practices. RBA members support the RBA Code of Conduct (RBA Code) which establishes standards for labor, health and safety, environmental practices, and ethics and management systems. Marvell is committed to adopting and implementing the RBA Code, internally at Marvell and externally with our supply chain partners.
We actively track and engage with our direct suppliers on the RBA’s Validated Assessment Program (VAP), which enables third party audits of suppliers’ compliance to the RBA Code. Our 2025 goal is for 100% of facilities at our top tier suppliers to have been audited in the past two years by RBA VAP.

4. Carry Out Independent Third-Party Audit of Supply Chain Due Diligence.
